How we look after your details
We keep this simple. We use the details you give us only to arrange the stay you’ve asked for — nothing more. In data-protection terms that is processing necessary to perform a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
What we collect
Your name and email, and — if you give them — your phone number, country and any notes about your stay (flights, occasion, dietary needs). That’s all.
Why we hold it
Only to arrange and confirm your stay: to hold your dates, reply to you, plan the boat across, and prepare the house for your arrival. We never sell or share your details, and we don’t use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your reservation details for as long as we need to host your stay and to meet our legal and accounting obligations afterwards, then remove them. If a stay never goes ahead, we clear the request in due course.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA you may ask us to show, correct, or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop using them — just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
